PinoyRemix.com Vendor Agreement
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between PinoyRemix.com ("Company") and the Vendor ("Remixer"). By registering and selling on PinoyRemix.com, the Remixer agrees to the following terms:
1. Revenue Share
For every successful purchase, the revenue will be split as follows:
- 40% to the Owner of PinoyRemix.com
- 60% to the Remixer
The revenue share will be automatically calculated and reflected in the Remixer’s account.
2. Payment and Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500.00.
Withdrawals can only be requested when the Remixer’s balance reaches the minimum threshold.
Payments will be processed within 24 hours (usually 15 mins – 2 hours) upon request.
Withdrawal requests must be made via the platform’s designated method.
3. Responsibilities of the Remixer
The Remixer is responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content does not infringe on copyrights or violate any applicable laws.
The Remixer must maintain the quality and originality of the content being sold on PinoyRemix.com.
4. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Remixer’s account if any fraudulent activities or policy violations are detected.
If a Remixer is inactive for six (6) months, their account will be automatically terminated.
Upon termination, any pending balance will be subject to review before disbursement.
5. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to the Remixer.
By continuing to use PinoyRemix.com, the Remixer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
